Halloween TV Specials for Kids

By October 18, 2007

This year, kids' networks have some special treats in store for kids. Parents and children can get in the mood for spooky Halloween fun with new movies, showings of the classics, and Halloween episodes of kids' favorite shows. I have compiled a list of some of the upcoming shows and special listed by network in a Halloween TV Specials article.

The featured photo is from the special Halloween-themed episode of Wilbur . This adorable and educational show for preschoolers airs on Discovery Kids during the preschoolers' programming block, "Ready Set Learn!" Wilbur was conceived by three moms, Jill Luedtke, Kim Anton and Tracey Hornbuckle, who saw a need for programming that inspires kids and helps them learn to love reading. In "Funny Dress-Up Night," Wilbur and his friends turn to a storybook in order to help Dasha with a costume problem.
