The Suite Life On Deck - New Earth Day Episode and How to Win $10,000 and meet Dylan and Cole

Kids can celebrate Earth Day with a special green-themed episode of The Suite Life On Deck. In "Splash and Trash," Zack falls for Marissa, a girl who has amnesia and who Woody believes is a mermaid, and Cody gets fired for his aggressive efforts to make the ship a little "greener." The episode will air Friday, April 17 (8:00-8:30 p.m. ET/PT) on Disney Channel. The Suite Life on Deck and the original show, The Suite Life of Zack & Cody, are hugely popular among kids ages 6-11 and tweens, so the new green episode will get the message across to a lot of kids.

On a different note, do you know any kids who are fans of The Suite Life and have some creative talent? Dylan and Cole Sprouse, the twins who play Zack & Cody, have teamed up with Dannon to give one Danimals fan a chance to meet the brothers in Hollywood and win $10,000 -- that is a ton of money for a contest like this! From April 6 through June 28, 2009, kids ages 15 and under can submit a video on www.Danimals.com showing how Danimals transforms their ordinary day into an extraordinary day. Kids, break out those video cameras and learn all about shooting a "commercial." What an excellent opportunity for kids who are interested in film or related future careers. I know this a huge marketing ploy, but I can't wait to see what the winning kid comes up with.
