Greg Heffley (Zachary Gordon)

Greg Heffley (Zachary Gordon) trudges through the dog days of summer in the third movie in the Wimpy Kid Series Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days. The movie follows Greg’s summer adventures, or misadventures, -– from the comfy confines of his living room, where all he wants to do is play video games; to to an embarrassing mishap at the local municipal pool; to the plush and leisurely luxuries at a lavish country club; and to a camping trip gone wrong. What makes Greg so popular with kids, is that they love to laugh at Greg's struggles even as they relate to them, and celebrate his wins, when he actually has those, that is.
