Beverly Hills Chihuahua - DVD & Blu-ray
Fans of Beverly Hills Chihuahua will be interested to see the extensive deleted scenes that would have changed the movie quite a bit. Seeing the deleted scenes, the original trailers for the movie make a little more sense. The movie originally involved a lot more screen time with the Mexican Chihuahuas, and Chloe learned more about her ancient ancestry. The deleted scenes also include two alternate endings of the movie.
Some of the deleted scenes are only on the Blu-ray disc. The Blu-ray disc also has a leg up with the "On Set with the Dogs" feature. The behind-the-scenes look at working with all of the dogs in the movie is great fun for kids and adults alike. Watching the movie, we don't realize how much work goes into getting the dogs to perform each scene. I am amazed at how the trainers are able to talk to the dogs and get them to respond so remarkably.
