Jason Dolley stars as "Newt" in Cory in the House

Newt Livingston: (Jason Dolley) Upon first meeting him, one would not believe that this thrill-loving guitar-playing surfer type kid is actually heir to a political dynasty. Newt is a good friend to Cory, and he brings a lot of comedy to the show through his occasional need to have the "light bulb" turned on for him.
