Toodee: A blue cat-dragon from Winter Ice Land, Toodee is bright and enthusiastic. She likes to teach, and she does a "Sounds with Toodee" section in the show where she helps viewing kids determine the source of a sound. Toodee can be selfish sometimes, but it doesn't take much to bring her around.
